தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகள் முடிவுக்கு வந்தது தேர்தல் ஆனையம் அறிவிப்பு

நாடு முழுதும் தேர்தல் நன்னடத்தை விதிகள் முடிவுக்கு வந்ததாக தலைமை தேர்தல் ஆணையம் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

மக்களவைத் தேர்தலுக்கான அறிக்கை கடந்த மார்ச் 16ஆம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட்டது.  அன்றிலிருந்து ஜூன் 6 ஆம் தேதி வரை தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகள் நாடு முழுவதும் அமலில் இருக்கும் என தேர்தல் ஆணையம் அறிவித்து இருந்தது

 

தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகள் நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும் போது ஆட்சியாளர்கள் புதிய திட்டங்கள் எதையும் அறிவிக்க முடியாது. 

இந்நிலையில் மக்களவை தேர்தல் முடிந்து வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை விவரங்கள் வெளியான நிலையில், தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகள் திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்டது. தேர்தல் நடத்தை விதிகள் தொடர்ந்து அமலில் இருந்து வந்த நிலையில், தற்போது திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளன

தேர்தல் ஆனையம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிவிப்பில்:-

I am directed to state that the provisions of Model Code of Conduct are enforced from the date of announcement of the election schedule by the Election Commission and it remains in operation till the completion of the election process.

2. Now, that the results in respect of the General Elections to the House of the People (Lok Sabha), 2024 and State Legislative Assemblies in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim, and certain bye-elections have been declared by the respective Returning Officers, the Model Code of Conduct has ceased to be in operation with immediate effect except in the Graduates' and Teachers' Constituencies of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Telangana where Model Code of Conduct is in force due to biennial/bye elections to Legislative Council from Graduates & Teachers Constituencies.
