ஒரே நாடு, ஒரே தேர்தல் என்ற உயர்மட்டக் குழுவை செப்டம்பர் 2, 2023 தேதியிட்ட அரசிதழ் அறிவிப்பு எண். 211 )https://once.gov.injonce-gazette-notification) அமைந்துள்ளது. குறிப்பு விதிமுறைகளின்படி, நிரந்தரமான அடிப்படையில் ஒரே நேரத்தில் தேர்தலை நடத்துவதற்கு பொருத்தமான சட்ட மற்றும் நிர்வாக கட்டமைப்புகளை உருவாக்குவது. தேர்தல் சட்டங்கள் மற்றும் அரசியல் அமைப்பில் தேவையான திருத்தங்களைக் கண்டறிவது, பொது வாக்காளர் பட்டியல், மின்னணு வாக்குப்பதிவு இயந்திரங்கள் மற்றும் வாக்காளரை சரி பார்க்கக் கூடிய நாள் தணிக்கை அமைப்பு (EM/VPAT) போன்ற திட்ட செயல்பாடுகளை ஏற்படுத்துவது மற்றும் எனையவற்றிற்கான பரிந்துரைகள் உயர்மட்டக் குழுவிற்கு தேவைப்படுகிறது.

குழுவின் குறிப்பு விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபுணர் குழுக்களின் غيرιστά υῤذ ك https://once.gov.in/once-reports என்ற இணையதளத்தில் பார்க்கலாம். நாட்டில் ஒரே நேரத்தில் தேர்தல் நடத்துவதற்கு தற்போதுள்ள சட்ட நிர்வாக கட்டமைப்பில் பொருத்தமான மாற்றங்களைச் செய்வதற்கு பொது மக்களிடமிருந்து எழுத்துப்பூர்வமான பரிந்துரைகள் வரவேற்கப்படுகின்றன. ஜனவரி 15, 2024 தேதிக்குள் பெறப்பட்ட அனைத்து பரிந்துரைகளும், குழுவின் பரிசீலனைக்காக அதன் முன் வைக்கப்படும். பரிந்துரைகளை https://once.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்திலோ அல்லது sc-hic@gov.in என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாகவோ அல்லது கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள முகவரியில் அஞ்சல் மூலமாகவோ பதிவிடலாம்.

HIGH LEVEL COMMITTEE - ONE NATION, ONE ELECTION 

Notice for inviting suggestions from members of general public for making appropriate changes in the existing legal administrative framework to enable simultaneous elections in the countryThe Government of India has constituted a High Level Committee- The One Nation, One Election vide Gazette Notification No. 211 dated September 2, 2023 (https://onoe.gov.in/onoe-gazette- notification). As per the Terms of Reference, the Committee is required to make recommendations for creation of an appropriate legal and administrative framework for holding simultaneous elections on a permanent basis, identification of necessary amendments to the Constitution and related election laws, preparation of common electoral rolls, logistics such as EVMs/VVPATs, etc.

The details of the Terms of Reference of the Committee and reports of Expert bodies may be seen at the website: https://onoe. gov.in/onoe-reports. Suggestions are invited in writing from the members of general public for making appropriate changes in the existing legal administrative framework to enable simultaneous elections in the country. All suggestions received by 15th January, 2024 will be placed before the Committee for its consideration.
