சமூகப் பாதுகாப்பு காப்பீடு- அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களும் சமூகப் பாதுகாப்பு காப்பீட்டைப் பெறுவார்கள். அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் PF, ESIC, காப்பீடு மற்றும் பிற சமூக பாதுகாப்பு சலுகைகள் கிடைக்கும்குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதியம்- அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களும் சட்டப்பூர்வ குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதியத்தைப் பெற வேண்டும் . சரியான நேரத்தில் ஊதியமும் நிதிப் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்யும். மேலும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்காக பல்வேறு நன்மைகள் தரும் வகையில் சட்டங்கள் அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு நியாயமான மற்றும் சரியான நேரத்தில் ஊதியத்தை உறுதி செய்கிறது.
2.தொழில் உறவுகள் குறியீடு (THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE)
வணிகம் செய்வதை எளிதாக்குகிறது
3.சமூக பாதுகாப்பு குறியீடு (THE SOCIAL SECURITY CODE)
தொழில்சார் பாதுகாப்பு, சுகாதாரம் மற்றும்
4.பணி நிலைமைகள் குறியீடு (THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH AND WORKING CONDITIONS CODE)

Modi Government’s Guarantee: Dignity for Every Worker!From today, the new labour codes have been made effective in the country. They will ensure:
✅ A guarantee of timely minimum wages for all workers
✅ A guarantee of appointment letters for the youth
✅ A guarantee of equal pay and respect for women
✅ A guarantee of social security for 40 crore workers
✅ A guarantee of gratuity for fixed-term employees after one year of employment
✅ A guarantee of free annual health check-ups for workers above 40 years of age
✅ A guarantee of double wages for overtime
✅ A guarantee of 100% health security for workers in hazardous sectors
✅ A guarantee of social justice for workers as per international standardsThese reforms are not just ordinary changes, but a major step taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the welfare of the workforce. These new labour reforms are an important step towards a self-reliant India and will give new momentum to the goal of a developed India by 2047.
