மத்திய அரசு காலிப்பணியிடங்களுக்கு UPSC தேர்வு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மத்திய அரசு வழக்கறிஞர் பணிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம் என அறிவிப்பு வெளியாகி உள்ளது தகுதியும் ,விருப்பமும் உள்ளவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்

பணி:-

மத்திய அரசு வழக்கறிஞர் .

விண்ணப்ப கட்டணம் :-

பொதுப்பிரிவு – ரூ.25/-SC/ST பிரிவினருக்கு கட்டணம் இல்லை .

கல்விதகுதி:-

சட்டத்துறையில் இளங்கலை பட்டம் பெற்று இருக்கவேண்டும்

பார் கவுன்சிலில் பதிவு செய்து இருக்கவேண்டும்

7 ஆண்டுகள் வழக்குரைஞராக பணி அனுபவம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

A. EDUCATIONAL:-

(i) Degree in Law of a recognized University.

(ii) Basic knowledge of word processing on computer and internet.

Note-I Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

B. EXPERIENCE:-

07 years practice as an Advocate in conducting criminal cases or 07 years experience of State Judicial Service or Legal Department of State or Central Government.

Note-II The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them.

வயது வரம்பு :-

35 வயதிற்க்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்

அரசு விதிப்படி வயது வரம்பில் தளர்வு அளிக்கப்படும்.

Not exceeding 35 years for General and EWS Category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes candidates and not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central /U.T. Government Servant up to Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
